About

Born September 17, 1987 in the small town of Milton, Wisconsin, Mallory spent her childhood summers escaping the mundane farmlands of southern Wisconsin and exploring the splendor of the world wherever her eyes would take her. With a passion for traveling, the outdoors, backpacking, and canoeing, her eyes were opened to the beauty of life's smallest pleasures. Spending the summer months hiking in remote mountains, she would use her father's 35 mm to capture the memories. However, at age 18, her father gave her a camera to call her own. It was this gift that gave Mallory the freedom to capture the hidden moments of the myriad of diverse cultures she encountered, and to develop a photographer's dream.

Mallory currently lives in New Orleans, LA. She is earning her PhD in microbiology at Tulane University School of Medicine.
